Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world. Relatively new to in that the discipline has only been around for a little over 100 years, originating in Brazil, and spreading worldwide, this Martial Art is ever evolving and great for fitness, self discipline, self defence and competition should you wish to do that. With 15 years experience, our Head Coach Andy is from England and all lessons are taught in English. A great introduction into this amazing art.
